At Delta’s Executor, we take copyright law seriously. If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied or used in a way that violates your rights, you can send us a formal request under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). We will respond quickly to valid requests and take down any infringing content.
How to File a DMCA Takedown Request
To submit a DMCA takedown request, send an email to:
Your email must include all of the following:
- Your full legal name
- Your contact information – email address and physical mailing address
- A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
- The exact URL(s) on our website where the content is located
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the use of your work is not authorized by you, your agent, or the law
Example:
“I have a good faith belief that the material identified above is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.” - A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and that you are either the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf
Example:
“I swear, under penalty of perjury, that the information in this notice is accurate and that I am the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf.” - Your electronic or physical signature
(Just typing your full name is acceptable in email.)
What Happens Next?
- We will review your takedown request within 1–3 business days
- If the request is valid, we will remove or disable access to the infringing content
- We may contact you for more information if needed
If You Think Content Was Removed by Mistake
If a user believes their content was removed by mistake, they can send a counter-notification to us. That email must include:
- Full name and contact information
- Identification of the removed content and its URL before removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the content was removed by mistake or misidentification
- Agreement to the jurisdiction of a U.S. federal court
- Electronic or physical signature
We may restore the content if we receive a valid counter-notification, unless the original complainant files a court action within 10–14 days.
